Home is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom including finished basement with sleeper and game room. 1st floor offers one bedroom with attached bathroom and a queen bed. 1st floor living area includes an open floor plan with beautifully updated kitchen including breakfast bar, granite countertops, high end stainless steel appliances and plenty of counterspace for entertaining. Living room furniture includes sofa and a rocking chair and a flat screen TV connected to cable. Living room slider opens up to deck and outdoor area perfect for BBQs. Spiral staircase leads to second floor.

2nd floor: includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is a loft style bedroom with deck attached and water views. Second bedroom in a separate bedroom. Upstairs loft/bedroom includes a day bed with a trundle pull out bed (2 twin mattresses total). Outdoor Hammock behind the house is the perfect place for a daytime nap. Side driveway can park 3-4 cars, front parking area 1-2 cars. Beach chairs included for your days at the beach as well!
