Be our guest and you will be steps away to of one of the cleanest ocean beaches in the country! The NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) named Hampton Beach, NH a “Superstar Beach” again this year. Hampton Beach, NH has made this list every year since 2009! The NRDC also named Hampton Beach, NH one of the top 3 cleanest beaches in the country; the other two were in Southern California and Hawaii!

The Studio has windows and/or doors on all four corners so there are great cross breezes from the beach and it is light and bright. Not only can you see the ocean from within the condo you can hear and smell the ocean breeze! The condo sleeps 4, there is a super comfortable custom made Murphy bed that pulls out easily, it is on a specially loaded spring easy enough for anyone to open and close. There is also a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. There is closet space on both sides of the Murphy bed to hang your clothes and drawers for more storage. There is one assigned parking spot, and a grill is located next to patio area, and is great for cooking to cut back on eating out costs. Clean bed and bath linens, dishes, and utensils provided.

The location is ideal, you are a 2 minute walk to the sand (seriously 2 minutes, I timed it myself). Since the unit is at the top of the strip, you really get the best of both worlds. There are tons of restaurants to choose from but if you want to eat-in you The condo is right next door to the Ashworth Hotel which has an excellent restaurant. Or you just bring your own food and the kitchenette will work well. The location very convenient with easy on/off highway access to Market Basket (local grocery store) or Super Walmart. You are able to easily get on the highway without driving down the strip, the Market Basket and Walmart are about 6 miles away and takes about 10 minutes in the car.

No smoking and no pets allowed. There is coin operated laundry in the building and also a convenience store next to the back of the building.
