Welcome to my Home! This modern Cape is built into a hill just minutes walk from Popponnesset Bay in Mashpee. The deck from the driveway welcomes you into a cozy finished basement perfect for movie or game nights at home with the family, with an additional office in the back of the room should you need to catch up on some work during your vacation. Continuing up the stairs on the second level you will find a spacious kitchen and dining area, great for family meals or entertaining.This is open to the living room with its fireplace, a great place to relax after a day exploring the Cape or at the beach.There is one bedroom with 2 twin beds downstairs and 2 bedrooms on the third level one with a king bed and the other with a double, both with views of the bay or river. This comfortably sleeps 6, but with a daybed in the basement and and several air mattresses, it can easily accommodate more guests. There are two full baths as well as a laundry room for your use.

In additional to a relaxing vacation home, this rental includes an outdoor deck and stone patios surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pond of koi fish, great for relaxing and entertaining. Feel free to help yourself to fresh herbs and produce from the garden during your stay.

The home comes with four Kayaks and 2 bikes that can be use by you, your friends and family. You can easily walk the kayaks down to the landing dock which is only a 3 minute walk. This allows you access to Shoestring bay, Popponnessett bay and the Mashpee river for kayaking. And if you wish to be adventurous, you can kayak to the Spit; a beach which you can only get to by boat or kayak.
