We offer many amenities that you would expect to get if you were renting a complete home. The warm water sandy Surf Drive Beach is only a 2 minute walk from the Cabana/Studio Rooms. There are 2 decks and a large private yard. Enjoy your PRIVATE yard and PRIVATE lower deck with the teak wood Bar, gas grill and/or a George Foreman electric grill for cooking steaks, chickens, etc. and all the yard furniture you need. We also provide the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. You also get use of the 200 Sq/Ft rooftop deck with patio furniture. This upper deck offers views of the beach, the sailing activity, ferries, and Martha's Vineyard.

The studio room has a double bed, mini-fridge, microwave, electric skillet, toaster, TV/DVD, High Speed WiFi, table & 2 chairs and dish/silverware cart and a hotplate and a wash sink.

The bathroom in the Cabana is 4 steps down from the studio sliding glass door. The Cabana has a full-size fridge, bathroom with sink, shower, washer/dryer, toilet, and towel cabinet). There also is a VERY LARGE walk-in storage area for your clothes, suitcases, etc. off of the bathroom.

Both sides have A/C and Heat. Studio room and Cabana combined = 310 Square Feet .

Off street parking space in driveway is only a few yards away on the cabana.

Also, you have an ENCLOSED PRIVATE OUTDOOR SHOWER with small dressing area.

You’re only one mile from the center of town with all its wonderful restaurants (Flying Bridge, Quarter Deck, Anejo, Culcina sur Mare, Liam Maguire's, Divine, Glass Onion, Country Fare, "99", and DJ'S Famous Wings etc.) and shops and a half-mile to the Shining Sea Bike Path. Falmouth Harbor is only 1 mile away. From there you can ride the Island Queen ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Only 4 miles away is Woods Hole where you can take the Steamship Authority's ferry to Martha's Vineyard .
