This home is also Dog Friendly! It is located close to Wellfleet Center and just 1.9 miles on back roads to fresh water swimming & canoeing at Gull Pond. This home features an open floor plan first floor with living room, kitchen, and dining room that leads through glass slider doors to a nice deck with an outdoor dining table. There is a nice yard and enclosed outdoor shower too.

There are 3 bedrooms, the first floor bedroom has Queen size bed and there is a hall bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs there is a bedroom with Queen size bed and a 3rd bedroom that has two twin beds. There is a hallway bathroom with shower only also on the 2nd floor. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and features a new flat screen HD TV with premium channels that include HBO!! If it gets too warm, just switch on the whole-house fan and there are individual fans in the rooms. There is also wireless internet! This home has both a gas grill on the deck and a weber charcoal grill in basement if you prefer. The owner also leaves 6 beach chairs in the basement for guest use. Washer/dryer located in basement.
